Daily Duties at Continental Broker Dealer Corporation:

Lead the development of a new department focusing on managed money and financial planning. The company has several branches in other states and 190 brokers. Up to this time all production had been focused in dealing with individual stocks. Presentations were developed and a series of seminars were held for the public. I worked with the team leaders and provided training for the brokers on managed money, annuitization, asset allocation and financial planning. I also served as President of the insurance agency, managing the agents and preparing all commission reports, agent licensing and appointments. Also I prepared the necessary applications to add several new state registrations for the agency.
