Daily Duties at Department Of Biological Sciences,Florida Institute Of Technology:

My experimental project involves the isolation , purification and characterisation of DnaA protein from E-Coli through various techniques including bacterial transformation, Plasmid isolation, Affinity chromatography, SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting.
