Daily Duties at Microtherapeutics Research Labs :
As per FDA norms, regular periodical training has to be conducted to all the employees including the newly joined and all the training activities had to be documented with an evaluation report from the Quality Assurance department. My job is to Prepare Training schedule to the newly joined CRA and ensuring the training activities conducted periodically in all the departments. Various training activities including the standard ethics and safety guidelines , ICH-GCP, GLP and FDA guidelines like the informed consent and standard operating procedures (SOP).
