 Collected data and ensured the accuracy and quality of business case reports and resource projections using Access database. Trained quality project managers on how to create and apply reports to derive efficiencies in managing projects. Increased project productivity by 50%, as measured one-month after delivering Access training sessions.  As assistant project manager for the Lean Bioburden process, updated agendas, communicated budget status, and led all team meetings to share knowledge of each phase of bioburden sample testing. Project revealed opportunity to reduce 2,000 redundant samples and save $240K per year, in accordance with GMP guidelines and industry standards.
