 Coordinated and delivered civilian-employee training programs and events, including annual NSWC PHD Management Seminar (100+ attendees). Work involved organizing facility, speakers, agenda, and publicity.  Created training materials. Maintained and enhanced computer training programs and related websites.  Served as college/academic advisor to civilian employees. Held 1:1 meetings to provide guidance to staff. Conceived and designed program to invite local university representatives to speak on campus, then conducted surveys to measure success. Publicized programs.
