Promoted from the Perrysburg facility to help launch a new distribution center in Harmans. Hired, trained, and placed inventory valued at up to $13 million. Managed and mentored 30 employees during the start up phase, and more than 40 afterwards. Maintained reports of shortages and overages and requests for returns. Oversaw staff that communicated with stores to resolve inventory issues. Managed computer operations tied to the main office, and handled all Human Resource administrative duties to include payroll. As the Inventory Control Supervisor in Perrysburg, Ohio, handled cycle counting, assigned locations of stock, organized floor for efficient flow and recovery, and communicated with the buying staff and accounting personnel in Illinois. Ran a bulletin program showcasing sale items and ensured that stores had merchandise to meet advertised product needs. Maintained quality of orders shipped.
