*Conducted Product vs. Customer analysis for Trading Risk Management product line to uncover market penetration and align marketing strategy with target market segments. *Aided with the preliminary launch of SalesForce.com and Partner Relationship Management Tool(PRM). *Assisted with the creation and lunch of the Solution Partner website. *Documented (via Visio) the PRM current and future state process flows. *Created a Meta data file with all Enterprise third party partner profiles. *Developed the User Guide template for PRM third party users.
