Managed people, projects, programs, and resources for several advanced defense weapon systems for Army and Air Force customers. Led up to 50 staff in two locations, interviewed and hired employees, evaluated performance, recommended promotions, developed training plans, managed facilities and capital equipment, and administered overhead budgets.
