Daily Duties at Honeywell International:
Responsible for customer satisfaction concerning fielded problems with aircraft wheel and brake systems. •Customer contact for wheel and brake Service Related Difficulties. •Specialized in military and commercial aircraft wheel and brake components and systems. •Managed budgets and Honeywell processes to expedite field problem resolutions, specifically FMEA and root cause/corrective action, from start to finish. •Liaison between customer, vendors, engineering and configuration management. •Performed design and manufacturing assessments for components and assemblies. •Responsible for Component Maintenance Manual development and updates.
