Daily Duties at Cambrex Bio Sciences:
Led 11 hourly maintenance technicians responsible for performing manual tasks to assure proper operation and maintenance of a 300,000 square foot facility and its equipment in accordance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations. Coordinated custodial/maintenance services and activities with independent contractors and sub-contractors. Managed and coordinated a yearly maintenance budget of $1.3 million.
