Wrote ad-hoc utility files to create various tracking reports for performance and turnaround times for various operations. Performed as backup and troubleshooter to the Imaging group when needed. Created, updated, and automated operating and reporting standards to ensure compliance. Supervised the development and updating of documentation for reporting procedures, developed direct reports’ abilities to handle department needs. Supervision of reporting staff. Handled all areas of personnel supervision including timely performance reviews.
