Daily Duties at Cartus:
Account Statistic maintenance using “ATLAS”, “Client Viewer”. Setup, configured, reset User names / Passwords with “ClearTrust.” and “Active Directory (AD)”. Setup, configured all email, (Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora and MAC OS mail and internet programs: Internet Explorer, Yahoo, AOL, and NetZero. Documented all calls via BMC Service Express, (Remedy / Magic).
