Responsible for client requested for PC (Dell, Compaq, and IBM) / Network support, (Cisco and LinkSys) via On-Site/Telephone when needed. Software tweaks for Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Client proprietary programs. PC repair / upgrade(s), I/O device(s) such as RAM, CD/DVD, and floppy / hard drives.
