Daily Duties at Neosho County Regional Medical Center:
Worked in ICU,CCU, hospice, medical-surgical, outpatient and inpatient surgery,recovery room, and home health areas. Assessment of patients with simple to complex health issues. Surgical duties included circulation of surgical cases and monitoring patients intra-operatively and during the immediate post-operative period. Supervision of CNA, LPN, scrub technicians,and home health aides. Family and patient teaching regarding home care treatment and management for medical- surgical patients, hospice and home health patients.
