Interdiscipinary communication and collaboration with health care staff/hospital personnel, Medicare & Medicade health providers and agencies such as the state bBoard of Nursing, Board of Healing Arts, and Pharmacy Board. Identificatio of deficient regulatroy practices by faciities and professional personnel and deficiencies were cited as requied by Medicae and Medicade health regulations. Investigated EMTALA and COBRA federal hospital complaints, hospital dumping complaints and health facility and family complaints.Surveyed facilities including home health, hospice, ambulatory surgical care centers, skilled units of acute hospitals, and long term care units. Identified health care system problems within facilities and determined facility compliance with state and federal health care regulations.
