Daily Duties at Synovus Financial Corp:
Assisted with the design, implementation and administration of company-wide compensation programs that included base salary management, job description development, variable sales plans and other short and long-term incentive plans. • Collaborated with other HR Professionals to ensure the overall equity, efficiency, compliance and consistency of Compensation plans, Implementations and Design. • Provided day-to-day compensation support to business units and participated with compensation projects. • Worked closely with Payroll Operations to be sure semi-monthly payroll process ran smoothly and accurately. • Responsible for medium to high risk department projects; ran pertinent reports for senior management. • Performed equity analysis, job description development, pay recommendations, data analysis and application of compensation terms and methodology using statistical and financial modeling. • Applied knowledge of the general principles, practices, laws and regulations that governs the practice and application of Human Resources.
