Daily Duties at In Ventive Health Stonefly Group:

Brought on board to provide financial and strategic acumen to help with significant, yet never realized anticipated growth. The newly created position was responsible for matching client needs with the appropriate talent and resources across the business, ensuring that the Agency’s efforts are fully aligned with client expectations. Drove strategic decision making in partnership with VPs through an in-depth understanding of industry trends, market dynamics and internal key metrics and indicators. Key Achievements  Identified $275K in uninvoiced revenue through critical review of financial records, also resulting in implementation of improved accounting processes  Introduced project management software to help creative staff manage client projects more efficiently. e resources are utilized in a manner that best aligns talent to task to meet client needs. Partners with Account Management and Creative to facilitate and ensure the delivery of accurate financial projections and is responsible for providing the reporting tools and information to effectively manage the work flow process to achieve those projections. This position is also responsible for adherence to budgetary compliance and SOX requirements. Monitors ongoing key utilization metrics and provides (weekly) reporting on utilization by team and/or job. Prepare billing, forecasting and management of accounts receivable. Facilitate monthly reviews with VPs to update revenue forecasts, discuss resource gaps/overages, and identify under-earned/over-earned projects. Work with Account and Creative teams to develop appropriate plans to rectify under-earned/over-earned projects. Standardize billing worksheet process to ensure all hours reported are accurate, and billable. Develop monthly prospective utilization by team/person. o Improved OI by $275k by finding revenue that was not invoiced o Increased better accounting processes which help identify missing revenues o Introduced project management software to help creative staff manage client projects more efficiently
