Prepare Invitation to Bid forms and distribute to subcontractors in project location. Obtain and log pricing for development of job cost estimates. Prepare subcontracts per Project Manager direction, assuring subcontract pricing is in line with job budget. Log in submittals by and distribute to architect/engineer for review and approval and re-distribute to subcontractor by way of Project Manager. Assist in development and maintenance of construction project schedules. Update and manage project document files. Assist in obtaining required permits from governmental agencies. Review cost estimates and track change orders for accurate preparation of overage billing. Maintain documents control and distribution.
