- Serving as a Lead Electrical Designer/Coordinator on several large projects for sports arenas, healthcare, high-rise, and commercial projects ranging from 5,000 square feet to over 400,000 square feet. - Designing lighting, power, and fire alarm systems for projects varying in size and complexity. - Preparing and providing complete electrical construction documents/specifications for several projects. - Ensuring compliance with applicable codes and project requirements for coordination/constructability. - Providing electrical design to acquire LEED certification on multiple projects. - Preparing electrical site surveys (of existing facilities) and electrical written descriptions (and design narratives) for a wide variety of projects. - Providing electrical construction administration and conducting site inspections.
