Daily Duties at Itt Systems Division:
I served as a lead mechanic for site’s electrical repair shop. I designed and built test sets and break out boxes for use on vehicles to make troubleshooting easier. Improved processes for rebuilding or repairing electrical components, saving our customer over $100K each year. Tracked job status, ordered parts and maintained a 400 line bench stock. Worked with sister shops diagnose electrical and mechanical problems down to component level and recommend repair. I rebuilt wiring harnesses, starters, generators and other electronic components.
