- Hired, trained, oversaw payroll management and evaluated 70 student employees - Assisted in the implementation, promotion and marketing of the CircuitStrength fitness program - Created the training materials and conducted training sessions for CircuitStrength leaders - Coordinated and executed a campaign for Body Image Awareness - Managed, organized and maintained the staff schedules and personnel information relating to the student staff - Advised the Strength and Conditioning Advisory Council to enhance the student employee experience and advised the Body Image Awareness Student Committee - Led group exercise sessions in the formats of Trekking, Deep Water Exercise and Run, Step, Core and Strength
