Daily Duties at Quest Diagnostics:
- Create health education materials and interventions based on behavior change theories and best practices of the industry - Research unique employee groups and develop targeted intervention strategies to affect health behavior change - Conduct organizational culture and environment wellness assessments to determine health education interventions tailored to the needs of the employee population - Consult with corporate clients to provide health education expertise to improve health engagement in employee populations - Present Blueprint for Wellness health screening results and health education insights and recommendations to corporate clients
