Assisted in clearing titles and conducted informational seminars for local real estate agents and lenders. • Solely pursued and acquired new real estate development projects, increasing revenue from $9,000 per month to 75,000+ per month. • Selected for several “Diamond Awards” for revenue produced for 1999-2004. • Closed escrow on numerous large scale transactions, including Fox Hills Golf Course, Anderson Homes, Woodside Homes, and 5 Star Development.
