Daily Duties at Alliance Title Company:
Supervised eight direct reports, including a team of escrow officers in preparing legal documents necessary for the transfer of real property for a West Coast-based title insurance company. Opened new orders and reviewed the accuracy of preliminary title reports. Provided troubleshooting services and conducted daily follow up; assisted buyers in the processing of loan and legal documents. Maintained client confidentiality in all escrow matters. • Pursued and acquired several real estate development projects worth hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue. Handled mapping, construction loans, and subsequent sale outs of finished homes. • Recipient of numerous “Platinum Awards” for exceeding revenue goals from 2004-2007. • Handled thousands of high-liability transactions, from re-sales to large complicated land transactions, including Fox Hills Golf Course, and Anderson Homes.
