Daily Duties at Fidelity National Title Company:
Prepared all legal documents necessary for the transfer of real property, including notes, deeds of trust, powers of attorney, and affidavits of death for a national title insurance company. Prepared escrow instructions and supporting documents in accordance with purchase contracts to complete real estate transfers. Opened new orders and reviewed the accuracy of the preliminary title report. Conducted daily follow up with principals and assisted buyers in processing loan and legal documents, while retaining client confidentiality. Closed escrow on hundreds of transactions.
