Supervised 25 skilled and unskilled laborers. Managed scope of work, proposals, bidding, material ordering, budget, on-site safety, quality control, and compliance functions. * Led on-site construction of $1.3M rehab of multiple 100-year-old buildings through site excavation, underground electricity, new foundation, framing, and finish trim. * Achieved building final inspection and Certificate of Occupancy for 19 units in record time.
