AVALON BAY COMMUNITIES, Alexandria, VA ~ Lead Project Superintendent * 2007-2009 Spearheaded $11M Essex Place redevelopment project: 240 2-bedroom units in 20 3-story garden style buildings and 46 2-story townhouse units. * Managed all phases including: 9K liner feet of storm drainage, 1640 feet, 8 water mains with fire hydrants, 1,800 linear feet of sanitary sewer line, new roofing, siding, and windows. * Conducted due diligence on 1,043 apartment units and 3 project sites, coordinated scope-of- work, drawings, sub-contractor quotes, budget, and rough schedule.
