Daily Duties at Us Army:
Oversaw diverse team of 85 personnel, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment throughout seven repair shops. Identified strategic action plans for repairs and delegated tasks/responsibilities based on team member strengths and skills. Documented and prepared reports detailing effective resolution. Monitored workflow and met with employees on a regular basis to optimize performance. Tracked and recorded training for 300+ staff; facilitated weekly training meetings.
