Daily Duties at Morongo Casino Resort And Spa:
Hired to learn all operational procedures of all food and beverage departments consisting of Hotel Room Service, Full Service Restaurant and Coffee Bar, and Bingo Hall Restaurant. After learning and experiencing all operational procedures and policies of each of the different venues, ultimately returned to serve as Supervisor for Full Service Restaurant and Coffee Bar which consists of 50 plus employees while also overseeing hotel room service operations. Managing personnel, equipment, and inventory, was able to initiate the implementation of standard policies and procedures to ultimately assist in standard requirements, training and day to day operations.
