Managing multiple venues consisting of a 24 hour Cafe, Coffee Bar, Bar and Grill (Seasonal) and Hotel Room Service with a staff of over 70 employees, 7 Supervisors and 3 Assistant Managers. Interacted with guests, clients, and future return clients. Regularly performed F&B Manager on Duty responsibilities. Great understanding of P&L's, running P&L's, FOH expense, and BOH expense which helped identify many problems in ordering, staffing, and cost issues which in turn, gained credit from different vendors and support in financing different internal projects.
