Conducted financial review, analysis, and approval for secured and unsecured loans. Collaborated with staff and provided input on other lending decisions. Facilitated quality review process with defined criteria and determined credit worthiness. Planned, coordinated, and facilitated first time home buying seminars in conjunction with a host of statewide agencies on a quarterly basis. Stayed abreast of industry changes and regulations through frequent online continuing education courses. SELECTED CITIGROUP ACHIEVEMENTS: • Promoted from Credit Specialist III to Senior Mortgage Underwriter (2007). • Appointed with lending authority of $350,000 on secured loans and $20,000 on unsecured loans. Reviewed loans up to $750k. • Review process involved balancing a complex set of criteria in order to make fine tuned loan decisions. • Achieved accuracy rating from audit reviews of 98% (2006) and 100% (2007 and 2008). • Reviewed and approved daily 16 loans (2006), 19 (2007), and 21 (2008). • Recognized as “Highly Effective” on 2007 and 2008 performance evaluations. • Developed and conducted first time home buyers training seminars through various state agencies. Delivered once a quarter for 10-15 people. • Enhanced and maintained industry skills by completing three or more classes per month in continuing education online learning classes. • Awarded “Employee of the Month” February 2007 for “consistently exceeding the set standard, stepping up to do what it takes to get the job done, Trina is an invaluable asset to the team as well as the organization.”
