Daily Duties at Speedshape :

Develop and implement a Human Resource plan with short and long-range objectives that integrates with corporate and department objectives. Administer personnel performance appraisal and development system. Review, maintain and update annually the job descriptions for all employee classifications. Manage all human resource related needs, including senior level recruiting, employee relations/conflict resolution, organizational development, succession planning/talent management, etc. Collaborate with employees and management of all levels to address any HR related issues which may include violation of work rules, performance issues and terminations, staff reductions/layoffs, harassment complaints, etc. Update employee files to document personnel actions to provide information for payroll and other uses. Provide day-to-day interpretation and administration of benefit programs. Administer the Employee Assistance Program and perform daily duties of EEO Specialist. Represent the company in unemployment, workers compensation, and EEO hearings. Obtain or conduct compensation and benefit analysis as needed. Responsible for conducting exit interviews as needed; develop and administer an effective Recruitment Program. Coordinate all social affairs; holiday party, company functions and other employee based activities. Manage company organization charts and supervise human resource staff. Performs the duties of 401 (k)/Plan Administrator and administer plan changes and regulatory compliance as needed. Continue to stay up-to-date on emerging trends in HR laws and regulations. Monitor departmental budget and make necessary decisions to ensure profitability of department. Other tasks as needed.
