Prepare executive summary reports and monitor costs and budgets. Identify and locate potential additional assets for syndication. Ensure compliance with terms of agreements and review property related data, including inventories and budgets. Prepare market and disposition analysis. Maintain all accounts, records, files, and reporting in compliance with regulatory guidelines and the investment company’s own policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with investors, while updating required special reports.
