Daily Duties at Diversified Management Southern:
· Administer and prepare company financial and staff policies. · Direct supervision of a staff of 6 accountants and clericals · Prepare or assist clients with the preparation of annual operating budgets. · Review monthly financial statements prepared for client accounts. · Analyze client monthly financial statements reporting to property managers variances from budget and reasons for such variances. · Assist client accounts with questions regarding their financial statements, cash flows, expenditures and other financially related items. · Interaction with residential owners and tenants to resolve disputes. · Coordinate with residential property managers formulating policies relating to monthly rent collections, assessment of tenant penalties and fines and evictions. · Act as liaison between external auditors and board of directors for client condominium accounts. · Prepared company's personal privacy act procedures and rules to comply with government regulations.
