Daily Duties at Ruffled Feathers:
Accepted position after progressive growth as Catering Sales Director (1996) of this upscale golf club to direct and implement sales operations of multiple units including year-round restaurant, banquets and seasonal food and beverage outlets. Responsible for planning, training, budgets, pricing and cost controls. Successfully developed and implemented catering sales procedures, account tracking, yield management.
