Daily Duties at Do It Outdoors, Inc.:
Provide guidance, support, and coordination of the company’s entire financial effort. Offer status of financial condition through the coordination of collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data consisting of three divisional operations within two separate entities. Prepared annual $11M fiscal budget to include planning, implementation and maintenance. Achieved expense budget objectives in 2003 and 2004 by analyzing variances. Conducted thorough investigations and initiated corrective actions to prevent further occurrences. Fostered team building with all department managers to enhance relationships for positive employee morale and improve communication. Attended Corporate board meetings acting as Secretary for Corporate Meeting Minutes. Presented financial status to shareholders and provided insight for new business decisions. Served as the head Administrative Officer to include 401k Plan Administrator, Insurance Administrator, Human Resource/Benefits Manager, Business Contract negotiator.
