Daily Duties at Esab Welding & Cutting Products:
Provide monthly status of financial condition for Consumables Unit through the coordination of collecting, interpreting, and reporting consolidated financial data consisting of three entities. Supervise the Accounts Payable function of the Consumables Unit for two plant facilities including Inventory, Expense, Group, and Allied vendors. Oversee Plant Payroll function of the Hanover, PA plant consisting of approximately 260 Union employees. Streamlined and implemented several key management reports to further automate the month end closing process. Assisted in preparation of $225M (USD) Consumables Unit fiscal budget. Responsible for the support and coordination effort of the Unit’s internal and external audits. Supported annual Physical Inventory process as Master Control leader. Preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting reporting
