Specializing in business to business sales of computer hardware and software products through customer site visits, retail floor opportunities, and cold call leads. Required high level of technical expertise to effectively assess customer needs and implement correct solutions for unique complex problems. Developed relationships with key people in IT departments; Systems Analysts, Programmers, Developers, and Administrators. Provided total solution packages; hardware, software, power peripherals, training, service contracts, and technical support.
