Daily Duties at Printing Developments Inc.:
Provide technical phone support to service personnel and customers. Track, log and follow-up on customer complaints. Manage departmental costs and field service activities. Provide additional field support as needed Developed, programmed and supported PDI’s automated processing and replenishment system. Instrumental in the demonstration and installation of products in Europe. Work with Creo personnel on the implementation of PDI’s thermal plate technology.
