Daily Duties at Creo Inc.:
Responsible for alpha and beta testing of products including prepress, and press qualification. Development of consumables training and delivery throughout North America and Europe. Subject matter expert, providing support throughout North America and Europe. Pressroom specialist, performing Creo Staccato implementation and proof to press color calibration. Direct interface between product development, equipment development and customers to drive product improvements. Troubleshooting and resolution of print related problems. Installation, troubleshooting and repair of imaging devices, workstations and software. Customer retention through immediate hands on resolution of issues. Pre and post sales support including product demonstrations. Installation and support of printing plates and processing equipment. Provide support to other team members as needed in other districts or regions.
