Daily Duties at Colemont Brokerage Group:
•Process a semi-monthly payroll for approximately 480 associates into ADP PCPW, setup and maintain payments of employee garnishments, provided internal customer service to our multi-state locations and answered questions and resolved system related issues for New Hire/Benefits Coordinator •Assist accounting department in reseaching reconciling items on the G/L and payroll accounts •Reconciled and processed benefit payments to various providers •Confirmed and reported 401k contributions accurately transmitted each processing to the vendor and prepared semi-monthly 401k wire for treasury department •Maintain quarter/annual reports for tax filings and provided tax liability wire to treasury department •Maintained time and attendance system for daily entries and PTO/Vacation accruals
