Daily Duties at Dean Foods:

•Supervised 3 individuals for garnishments, banking and payroll GL and provides customer service both internal and to multi-state locations •Assisted in the implementation of the ADP GL Module •Prepared and created desktop procedures for garnishments, banking/positive pay and unclaimed wages •Assist accounting department in reseaching reconciling items on the G/L and payroll accounts •Reconciled and maintained unclaimed wages •Assisted other Supervisors in their absence with their roles within the Payroll Department •Prepare funding letters for wires on tax and garnishment liabilities •Run various audit processes for both garnishments and banking •Processed Positive Pay items
