Daily Duties at Liberty Mutual Insurance:
Oversight of Western Regional Property and Auto Physical Damage lines of business, with 4 direct report first line managers, and as many 45 indirect technical claims and support positions. Daily claim roundtables (up to $250,000 authority), coverage and reserve analysis, claim denials, Reservation of Rights and litigation management. Technical training aspects include new policy iterations, industry trends and methods of repair and replacement as well as vendor management. Extensive interaction with agency plant, underwriting and regulatory agencies in a 12 state footprint. Field liaison with corportate systems implementation project. Foster a strong "esprit de corps" working environment promoting from within and exceeding corporate objectives.
