Daily Duties at Pixel Vision:

 Provided Admistrative support to the President and Vice-President and the Sales Staff  Processed checks for accounts receivable and reconciled the accounts receivable books on a monthly basis  Updated and maintained several databases for the accounting, sales and administrative offices  Tracked and updated sales orders based on shipment of product  Ordered office supplies, furniture, telephones and computer equipment for all departments  Made travel arrangements including flights, hotels and car rentals for all departments  Answered the company’s switchboard/phones during the absence of the receptionist  Performed other administrative duties such as filing, typing letters, mail sorting and answering phones as needed
