Daily Duties at Army & Air Force Exchange Service:
Spvy Human Resources Technician Assistant to the Human Resources Manager in an office with 13 employees Prepared and processed personnel actions for all Management/ Supervisory positions Prepared PCS orders for new Managers coming in or transferring out. Responsible for payroll for all overhead personnel to include data entry of timesheets and any pay corrections from previous pay periods Administered disciplinary action letters at the request of the HR Manager when warranted Prepared performance evaluations on the 13 employees in the HR office Made weekly visits to the satellite facilities in Schweinfurt and Bamberg Germany to assist the HR staff with any job related activities/problems/concerns Had a working knowledge of all aspects and areas of the HR office to fill in at any given time or position during the absence of HR personnel. Participated and assisted the Learning Facilitator with formal training that involved any aspect of Human Resources Acted on the behalf of the Human Resources Manager whenever he was on leave.
