Daily Duties at Microsoft Corporation:
• Collaborated with tech leads on the most difficult Exchange and Outlook cases (the 2% not handled by the rest of Product Support Services) and determine which cases should be escalated to Development for a “hotfix”. These hotfixes are what make up the service packs released periodically for Microsoft products.
