Daily Duties at Image Dynamics, Llc:
Responsible for all operations within the Tax Department & Supervised a staff of 7. Including the Supervised preparation and filing of all State (42), County and City (numerous) Sales Tax Returns, Property Tax, State Income/Franchise Tax Returns and the Canadian GST Return. I also assisted in Financial Accounting with the month-end closings and bank reconciliations, supervised and reviewed Tax Journal Entry, Tax Accruals and Financial Statement preparation. I was the contact person for year-end independent and internal auditors and I assisted the CFO with 10Q & 10K Financial Information and FAS 109 calculations. On an as-needed basis, Tax research, compliance and review of Multi-state sales taxes, the resolution of all State Tax Audits (several) and compliance with State & County registration permits and licenses including various Secretaries of State.
