Daily Duties at Oriental Polystyrene Products Co. Llc, Muscat, Oman:
• Trouble shooting , rectification and repairs of various machinery associated with the production of polystyrene like fully automatic shape moulding machine( shape moulding machine being automatised by CPU & PLC), Natural gas-fire tube-steam boilers, screw compressors, and various pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components associated with the production of polystyrene • Weekly and monthly production scheduling for the various products in the available machinery, scheduling of raw material purchase to the purchase department as per the production schedule. • Man power management – includes training and imparting technical and safety guidance while working with machinery to the employees in the factory. Assessment of employees in regards to their technical skills and aptitude to learn. • Maintenance and service scheduling of machinery • Quality control of products in terms of variation in densities of the products • Overall control of the total production process.
