Daily Duties at Aspen Polystyrene Industry, Dubai Uae:
• To generate monthly and weekly production plans as per the sales orders from the sales department and to monitor the plans are being executed. • Detailed analysis of the production reports and control charts for the quality and variations in production and to take corrective action. • To ensure the maintenance plan and schedule of the utilities and machineries like steam boilers, compressors, cooling towers, pumping station, shape molding machinery etc are being implemented effectively so that breakdowns are reduced to a minimum. • Analysis of each machinery in terms of their efficiency and productivity and to take necessary action to improve the productivity and efficiency to ultimately bring down the production cost. • To induce a culture of 5S and the importance of systematic work among the multi lingual work force and to motivate the workers.(Eg.By introducing employee of the month award). • CNC programming of the CNC cutting machine for custom made designs
