Managed the company’s multi-million dollar IT Software Asset Management program using various software tools to monitor and ensure IT software assets were kept current, and reconciled with asset records. Validated licensing with internal records and externally through third party vendor web portal records and invoices, reconciled, consolidated and reduced software assets. Managed the IT procurement and vendor relationships, negotiating and maintaining volume license agreements and maintenance contracts Responsible for the company software asset policies and procedures to support the IT Software Asset Management Program. Provided leadership and responsibility for license audits Provided management reports regarding asset status Created and maintained the software budget for the company as well as integrated with Finance to provide verification and reconciliation of invoices and assets, and provided information as necessary to meet the company’s financial objectives. Worked with senior management to provide asset management reporting, software negotiations, contracts, proposals and recommendations
